Based on these documents and interview notes, Contractor shall perform risk analysis. At a minimum, Contractor shall perform risk analysis in the following areas: 1. Modification & Development; especially a. Planned schedule, resources, and processes; b. Sufficiency of modification plan, staffing plan, and audit trails; c. Sufficiency of security controls to safeguard transaction data. 2. Deployment; especially a. planned schedule, resources, and processes; b. training; c. OSPHL readiness in transitioning to new business processes associated with the new system and system components. 3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M); especially resources, service levels, and service level management processes (including associated quality processes, escalation processes, and governance processes). 4. Effectiveness of OSPHLs contract with Orchard Software; especially in assuring performance by Orchard Software and satisfaction of stakeholders (OSPHL). 5.
