Ability to have a customer focus and view the product from the big picture/customer experience Must be able to clearly and concisely describe problems or processes in a well-organized format 3 to 5 years experience with writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test cases Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the requirements gathering process Knowledge of SQL statement syntax Review results of automation test scripts and determine maintenance that needs to be completed, with some assistance Perform iteration planning, story and task estimation, daily stand-up meetings and iteration retrospective Experience with multiple large scale deployments Experience with modern web application and services frameworks Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred candidate is familiar with Rally Agile planning tool and HP Quality Center testing tools.
