Leads the logistics and timelines of all testing efforts for large, complex projects. Tracks all testing defects and leads application analysts in addressing them prior to moving build to Production environment. Assumes leadership role in the project management of assigned tasks. QA Analyst 3 will take on Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for enterprise releases and work with Release Owner and project managers to manage all testing aspects of the releases including test strategy & plan, managing ALM access and training, conducting test kick-off meetings per phase, facilitating daily test defect calls and test execution, developing test summary, and publish dashboard reports Qualifications: Healthcare applications experience as typically acquired in 6 to 8 years. Demonstrated technical and/or business experience. Demonstrated increasingly responsible professional growth. Software implementation experience using diversified product lines of information systems is preferred. Strong problem and issue resolution experience. Expert level at specifying user requirements. Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools. Understand business requirements and abstracts into data quality rules. In-depth knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements. Knowledge of health care operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of information system applications in the practicing health care environment. In-depth knowledge of life cycle of application environments. Thorough understanding of hospital inpatient, clinic outpatient operations, and/or financial software along with understanding the technical environment of product lines for which they are responsible. Leadership skills. Ability to be involved in multiple projects at the same time. Excellent organization skills; and ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and deliver quality service. Collect data from analyst and apply QA methodologies to generate measurements that relate to business rules and metrics. Work closely with health care application users, vendors, and technical professionals. Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner. Project management skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in terms clearly understood by technical and non-technical audiences. Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation computer programs, preferably Microsoft. Influence others without direct lines of authority. Strong collaboration and consulting skills.
