Responsibilities: Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. * Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. * Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. * Responsible for testing all customers samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. * Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Intermediate: Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. * Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope. * Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. * Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. * Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. * Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. * Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2-4 years related experience or Masters degree and up to two years experience. * Computerized electronic test equipment.
