This position will also perform manual testing, develop test cases, assist in obtaining business requirements for some projects, help triage trouble tickets and work on projects of all sizes. Candidate is expected to • Perform a variety of types of testing for software applications including user acceptance, functional, regression and usability testing. • Write scripts for automated testing using Tosca • Maintain testing documentation and test plans • Understanding business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and documentation libraries. • Be a collaborative member of system development teams and client-facing teams to ensure clarification of requirements and translate into needs for product features. • Works with development teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly. • Work on projects of all sizes from small system updates to new system builds. • Triage problem reports/trouble tickets • Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process-flow and business function. • Validate existing to be processes as part of documentation process and updating documentation of the changed business processes as needed.
