CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 4.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 4.1.1. Provide quality assurance evaluations of Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR) data from established laboratories and those first entering the ELR process, as directed by the Department. 4.1.2. Monitor the translation process of ELR COVID-19 data that has been moved into production, as directed by the Department. 4.1.3. Troubleshoot internal issues or issues with source trading partners, as directed by the Department. 4.1.4. Configure, validate, and on-board additional hospitals and labs for COVID-19 testing, working directly with their technical resources, as directed by the Department. 4.1.5. Make interface changes due to new COVID-19 tests (antibody, rapid testing, etc.) that need to be reported, as directed by the Department. 4.1.6. Provide consultation to ELR data provides regarding Health Level 7 (HL7) data submission standards and ELR submission requirements, as directed by the Department. 4.1.7. Participate in ELR meetings and consult with the technical team on resolution, as directed by the Department. 4.1.8. Establish connectivity with new hospitals or laboratories by completing initial setup, requirements and design review, adjusting as necessary and turning into production use for COVID-19, as directed by the Department. 4.1.9.
