The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. This will require the awarded contractor to: •Interview MSF staff to evaluate and document the business processes with the uses of the current AS/400 exhibitor and entries management system as well as manual processes. •Perform a gap analysis on the existing AS/400 system and manual processes that the MSF staff performs. •Create a detailed requirements document of the functional requirements of the as-is process, including any ancillary and manual processes conducted outside of the automated system. •Create a detailed requirements document of the technical requirements of the as-is process, including any ancillary and manual processes conducted outside of the automated system. •Create a detailed requirements document of a to-be process including any ancillary and manual processes which would remain and continue to be conducted outside of a new automated system. LIST OF DELIVERABLES: Interview MSF staff to evaluate and document the current business processes and functional requirements for the exhibitor and entries process. Provide high-level documentation of the as-is business processes and as-is functional requirements for the exhibitor and entries process including any ancillary and manual processes conducted outside of the automated system. Perform a gap analysis against the existing AS/400 exhibitors and entries system and create a high-level proposed to-be process including functional requirements, document the difference and diagram high-level workflows for both as-is and proposed to-be in Microsoft Visio. Contractors will be required to travel to this site to conduct face-to-face interviews. Contractor personnel can be housed off-site but all interviews must be conducted in-person at the address for MSF, listed above. Contractors must provide their own physical equipment and software needed for this project, including audio recording devices for interview sessions. All deliverables will be submitted electronically by e-mail and/or jump drive.
