SMV is a component of the Missouri Health Strategic Architectures and Information Cooperative (MOHSAIC). The ordering system is part of the federal Vaccines for Children (VFC) program that provides vaccines at no cost for children who meet certain criteria. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The contractor will be responsible for managing their project team and coordinating with the state team. The contractor will be responsible for all analysis, design, development, unit testing, system testing, and regression testing associated with this project. The contractor will collaborate with the DHSS VFC staff to review detailed functionality specifications for each of the outlined areas during initial analysis and design meetings. All development, testing, and documentation must be completed and delivered to ITSD/DHSS by August 31, 2015.
