Candidate must have experience in full software development life cycle, preferred in a government environment. The Client is seeking a Project Manager contractor for an approximately 12 month engagement on the Departments Enterprise Document and Imaging Management Project. The Project Manager will work closely with Client s Program Manager to manage the full SDLC per state standards to include hours and cost tracking, schedule using MS Project, and other activities as required and assigned by the Program Manager. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and have an understanding of system development life cycles, service oriented architectural concepts, and projects that cross technology platforms.
