Description : This position is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and a proven ability to independently handle complex technical challenges. This positions plays a crucial role in designing and implementing software solutions, leveraging your expertise to lead projects and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities • Design and Development: Independently design, develop, modify, write, and implement software programming applications, including core software infrastructure and essential development tools. • Problem-Solving: Rely on extensive experience and expert judgment to plan and accomplish complex goals. Perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. • Support and Maintenance: Support and install a wide range of software applications, infrastructure, and development tools. • Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in the testing process through comprehensive test review, analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software to ensure high quality and reliability. • Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers. You will be expected to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks and contribute to architectural decisions. Qualifications • Experience: 8-10 years of experience as a software engineer or in a related field. • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies. • Attributes: Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and use creativity to solve complex problems.
