Job Duties: Serving as a member of our core ERP implementation project team and Information Technology Organization, the Testing/Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for: - Train all team members to effectively and consistently use clients suite of testing tools - Manage all test planning and test execution activities and deliverables for all testing phases including: - Unit Testing - System Integration Testing (SIT) - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Regression Testing - Performance/Stress/Load Testing - Coordinate and audit test execution activities to ensure ERP standards met on time and per standards - Schedule and facilitate testing status meetings - Facilitate and ensure teams create thorough, accurate, and comprehensive test cases/sets - Personally develop and maintain test cases/sets - Administrate HP-ALM, which includes user administration and system configuration tasks - Engage in software quality assurance and testing process improvements - Maintain the Quality Assurance documentation/processes - Maintain proficiency in technology and tools to enhance productivity and quality of testing - Participate in ERP Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure changes properly tested prior to migration - Interact with the ERP team and business Required Experience: - 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance / Testing - 3+ years experience and in-depth knowledge of writing software test plans and test cases, tracking defects, tracking resolution, and reporting status - Experience in automated software testing is desired - ERP Testing Experience and/or SAP Testing Experience isdesired - Exposure to SAP functionality in at least two of the following modules within SAP is desired: FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PI, BOBJ BI Package, BPC, APO, BW, MII & PLM - Bachelors degree preferred Desired Experience: - None Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Work Location: Oak Brook, IL and other client sites Travel: Approximately 80% travel.
