Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead a team of testers through the full software development lifecycle. • Generate level of effort estimates to feed schedule and feasibility discussions. • Work with clients management team on process improvements. • Manage tasking for testers. • Ensure releases are properly tested while meeting schedule commitments. • Coordinate pre-deployment testing. • Design and execute functional test plans and scripts. • Work closely with the customer support team to answer, reproduce and solve customer-related issues. • Execute test plans and scripts. • Review and analyze test results. • Perform troubleshooting of identified software or system defects. • Document final test procedures and test completion. Qualification Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years quality assurance/testing experience. • 3+ years leading tester teams. • Health Plan experience required • Experience with defect tracking software. • Good communication skills. • Demonstrable track record in working well as part of a small cross-functional team. • Strong knowledge of automated, regression, smoke, performance, and functional testing.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
