Required Skills: * Experience and working knowledge of technical and professional skills with mainframe access including IBM RACF administration for a mid to large, complex, and multi-platform organization either in the public or private sector. * Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining IBM RACF technologies, processes, and operational support activities. * Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining mainframe security technologies, processes, and operational support activities. Including Natural Security (software AG0, Control M) * Experience with planning and implementation of a RACF solution utilizing industry best practices. * Experience with a proven track record of successful RACF administration implementation across multiple mainframes and recovery processing. * Basic Programming for SAS code to read/edit/create mainframe security reports * Experience working with Windows Active Directory. * Experience with Z/Security and provide training to existing team members * Experience working with Windows Terminal Service application mode * Utilizing time management techniques effectively/efficiently in order to complete multiple assignments within a scheduled time period * Knowledge of current Mainframe Security technologies. * Skilled in identifying and resolving problems by using strong analytical techniques, innovative approaches and taking initiative in preventing and solving problems.
