This position provides support to the Digital Data Privacy Manager in managing, monitoring, and tracking all aspects of the cybersecurity/applications components of the project to separate two business units into stand-alone companies. The position requires a good track record with organization and prioritization. Collect weekly status updates from Cybersecurity team members and update Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server with status. Review and update project plans in Microsoft Project. Monitor for and track risks, issues, and needed decisions. Ensure RAID log in SharePoint is kept updated with risks, issues, needed decisions and progress/status of each. Provide status updates, including risks, issues, and needed decisions, at several weekly meetings run by Project Management Office (Brands Core Team on Monday mornings, Generics Core Team on Monday afternoons, and Infrastructure/Security on Thursday afternoons). Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop project timelines and keep projects moving. Monitor and track budget, actuals, POs, and invoices. Provide summary reporting to management. Support development of cross-charges for transition services. Coordinate, monitor, and track cybersecurity reviews of vendors. Maintain vendor review tracker in Sharepoint. Follow up with team members as needed to keep things moving. Monitor and track status of contracts and SOWs. Liaise with vendors as needed. Follow up with internal stake-holders as needed, including Procurement, business owners, and IT. Update contract tracking spreadsheet. Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
