Responsibilities • Design, build, implement, and support COMPANYs IT solutions. • Ensure IT solutions meet requirements for security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance in a way that is efficient and supportable, reducing overall support costs. Understand industry leading solutions and trends for assigned technologies and applying those as appropriate • Understand business needs and partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions. • Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation. Additional Responsibilities Configure and deploy marketing automation solutions and integrate them with client CRM systems. Work with business stakeholders to design and execute automated marketing campaigns and programs. Build & support integrations between different applications within the Marketing systems stack. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to clients. Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results. Serve as a Best Practice Consultant and hands-on expert with marketing automation and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications 2 years "hands-on" work experience using the Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) marketing automation platform (including integration configuration and advanced automation features). Experience in Interface Development, REST API integrations with systems including CRM systems, usability, and validation. Experience with CRM systems (eg Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel). Proficiency with marketing automation best practices. Exceptional proficiency at learning complex software solutions. Eloqua, CRM certifications a plus. Hand-on development experience using Java, JavaScript, .NET Experience as technical/application lead on implementing Eloqua 9/10 Marketing Automation platform. Experience in working with analytics teams to develop standard Eloqua reporting. Knowledge of current SaaS/Internet based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks.
