Day to Day Job Duties: - Collaborate with technical and business SMEs to understand the requirements and architect a solution to meet business and non-functional goals - Implement PoCs to evaluate tools and validate architecture - Design and develop reusable and scalable APIs and REST/SOAP/JMS services - Configure the business workflow and orchestration/choreography of services - Understand the architecture and technical landscape and help developers build quality deliverables - Review requirements and identify gaps - Lead solution design and activities with the team - Lead and provide solution guidance to the development and QA teams - Oversight of developers technical work - Mentor developers for successful execution of the project - Collaborate with client for sprint requirements and execution - Collaborate with delivery manager and client stakeholders to communicate issues and help resolve them in a timely manner Basic Qualification: - Hands-on Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience - Experience in architecting solutions involving integration with multiple system using multiple protocols to meet business and non-functional requirements - Experience in developing reusable and scalable APIs and REST/SOAP/JMS services - Experience working in agile development projects - Experience with estimating agile project and planning the sprints - Experience leading global teams in an onsite/offshore model - Experience leading, mentoring and managing teams - Strong communication skills - Experience with Java, JavaEE, JBoss Fuse, Spring, JPA/Spring Data/Hibernate, Angular and UML - Experience using static analysis tools and setting up continuous integration Nice to Have: - Experience with jBPM, Tableau, Business Objects   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
