Title: Prescriber and Licensed Eligible Psychologist Staffing

Description:

Scope of Work:

•The successful offeror shall recruit, offer, and successfully placefor regular employment licensed, qualified, and competent prescribers and licensed eligible psychologistsas requested by STATE facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Regional Human Service Centers, North Dakota State Hospital, and the Life Skills & Transition Center, all located in the state of North Dakota, as well as telehealth options within the United States. Such personnel shall provide clinical and medical services (and other services agreed upon) in accordance with accepted practices and procedures, and all applicable laws, standards of care, and applicable STATE rules, policies, and protocols. STATE, in its sole discretion, may refute the services of any assigned personnel should STATE have reasonable, good faith basis for doing so.
•STATE reserves the right to interview individuals prior to job offer or placement/employment, or both, with STATE. If this occurs, the successful offeror shall arrange for and be responsible for all such interviews, arrangements, and expenses.
•The successful offeror shall supply STATE with the following upon request. Such information shall be available for review by STATE and shall contain the following:
A.Completed job application, including skills, training, specialties, and references.
B.Documentation of special education and training as required by STATE.
C.Verification of current licensure in the state of North Dakota and such license being unrestricted and in good standing.
D.Evidence of immunizations and most recent drug screen.
E.Drivers license and social security card.
F.I-9 or other documentation allowing employment within the United States.
G.Source documents for internship or residency requirements.
H.Applicable accreditation documents as requested.

•The successful offeror shall match the skills and experience levels of such personnel to the specific needs of STATE.
•The successful offeror shall not solicit, employ, or otherwise interfere with STATES continued employment of STATE employees during this term.

2.03Location of Work

STATE will provide workspace for the successful placements, including office space,
supplies, telecommunication equipment, computer, and any necessary software or other supplies to carry out the scope of work. Telehealth arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on specific need.

2.04 Prior Experience

Successful offeror must have a minimum of threeconsecutive years of experience in behavioral health recruitment services.



4.04 Organization and Staff Experience

An offeror shall provide a short narrative that describes the organization of offerors staff (including any subcontractors).

An offeror shall include an organizational chart which describes the offerors organization and illustrates lines of authority and communicationand designates the individual responsible and accountable for assuring the services are provided according to the offerors proposal and STATEs requirements.



An offeror shall disclose any instances where the firm or any individuals working on the contract resulting from the RFP has a possible conflict of interest and, if so, the nature of that conflict

Past Work and Qualifications

An offeror shall describe the offerors knowledge of behavioral health professionsand experience developing services like those being purchased through this RFP.

An offeror must have a minimum of three consecutive years of experience in recruitment of behavioral health personnel.
