The offeror must provide a detailed response for each of the following sections: 1. Project management:Offeror shallprovide detailed information about the role of the project manager, list their project management toolset and how DHHS team members can have full insight into the project day-to-day activities, and provide details about the structure of the project management process, including how tasks, owners, and dates will be documented to keep the project on-time and on-budget. Offeror should use Microsoft Project or indicate how DHHS team members will be added to the project management system for collaborative work. 2. Project plan, timeline, and deliverables (SOW):Offeror shallprovide detailed information about the project plan, timeline, and deliverables. The project plan shallinclude details for actions to ensure an on-time website launch on September 1, 2022, with the establishedminimum standards. Additional details shalladdress the critical components of the project, including plan for phased launch of additional content beginning September 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022. a. Information Architecture (IA)| User Experience Research overview to include approach and methods for: • Approach to stakeholder research and identifying customer needs for the September 1, 2022, website launch. • Approach to classifying content in a clear and understandable way and arranging it according to relations between the content pieces, allowing users to find what they need with less effort. • Conducting virtual card sorting and tree testing exercises. • Building a website hierarchy for user-friendly navigation. • Developing a final site map that will be used to inform content migration. b. Overview of approach and methods for developing content strategy and page layout templates including: • Creating and delivering a governance strategy. • Creating and delivering a style guide. • Developing an approach to use marketing/content strategy to maximize SEO and support key areas of early childhood (ages 0 to 5 years), strong families, and services closer to home. • Designing page layout templates using already styled components of the enterprise Drupal 9 WCMS. c. Plan for content migration from old sites to the new integrated site, including: • Outline of timeline and resources needed to migrate existing three websites to the enterprise Drupal 9 WCMS using the new site map created during the information architecture study and new style guide. • Process to ensure DHS and DOH have an opportunity to review and accessibility test content as it is migrated. 3. Team member roles and experience: Offeror shall include information about the number of people who will be working on each component of this project, include information about key leadership roles, include a high-level schedule, and provide details about relevant project experience. Offeror shall include a list of DHS and DOH staff offeror may need to work with which shall include the role, tasks, and hours needed on a weekly basis. 4. Planning and Progress Reporting:No later than June 1, 2022, the successful offerorshallprovide a detailedplan satisfactory to STATE that outlines the overall project strategy and timelines. The successful offerorshall provide monthly written progress reports by the 15thday of eachmonth in a format agreed upon with STATE.
