May have an advanced education. Preferred Qualifications: 72 Months of experience in business analysis. 12 months of experience in writing RFPs for state agency procurement to issue to potential vendors. 72 Months of experience in establishing project goals/objectives 72 Months of experience in developing and developing project scope and requirements 12 Months of experience in developing evaluation for vendor selection. 12 months of experience with federally funded program environment. 72 months of experience writing project management plans. 72 Months working with government entity to implement software systems Masters Degree Project Management Professional Certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
