Job Responsibilities: Need to support vendor engagements, including Statements of Work and potentially additional contract staff to support & implement solutions. Represent business needs in collaboration with the Global IDM Owners & Stakeholders. Ensure IDM goals and objectives are alignment with company strategies and core values. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and IT Global Colleagues. Responsible for the maintenance of the current internal IDM environment. Review, update and maintain all documentation on the existing system. Document existing challenges and needed improvements. Follow systems development standards and release requirements to develop, test and implement needed improvements and support changes in the IT release cycle. Lead technical analysis, design and development of Identity Management Solutions. Provide guidance and support for application teams to migrate and integrate with the solutions. Provide consultation services to the B2C & B2D teams on the Corporate IDM solution set for external facing systems. Support the planning and implementation efforts of the teams migration to corporate solutions Develop and lead the project to migrate the internal systems, identities, policies, processes and infrastructure to the corporate solutions. Develop / implement tools to provide automation of identity and role management across the systems environment. Oversee and address customer issues/tickets; monitor system SLAs; address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Work with IT Infrastructure teams to address issues and implement system upgrades without impact to business continuity.
