Expert 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 60 months of experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC) including logging, tracking, and prioritizing work items. 60 months of experience working on an IT implementation of the Affordable Care Act, which includes automated Eligibility determination and automatic Enrollment into a chosen plan. 84 months of experience managing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to various projects with one or more State-Based Marketplace or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace. 84 months of experience in managing large ($100 million or greater) complex IT projects where regular interactions with executive-level stakeholders has been required. 84 months of experience analyzing and developing complex business and operational processes in State-Based Marketplaces or the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace. 84 months of experience managing and coordinating resolution of business process models and technical design specification comments and gaps with business owners and vendors. 84 months of experience facilitating meetings to reach consensus on various issues and changes among stakeholders, business owners, IT team members, and management. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study. Day-to-Day tasks Provide oversight and direction of the EDI operation and evolution of the Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance (834) for the NYSoH, including developing systems requirements, maintaining project schedule and reviewing test results Work on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume work environment Manage multiple projects at the same time Utilize communication and facilitation skills to reach consensus among stakeholders Deliver specific oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management Provide regular status updates to upper management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans Guide requirements gathering meetings to elicit functional and/or operational requirements to define system functionality and current operations Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff Guide and coordinate war rooms during release periods   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
