Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study. Day-to-Day tasks Provide oversight and direction of the EDI operation and evolution of the Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance (834) for the NYSoH, including developing systems requirements, maintaining project schedule and reviewing test results Work on complex software in a fast-paced, high volume work environment Manage multiple projects at the same time Utilize communication and facilitation skills to reach consensus among stakeholders Deliver specific oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management Provide regular status updates to upper management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans Guide requirements gathering meetings to elicit functional and/or operational requirements to define system functionality and current operations Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff Guide and coordinate war rooms during release periods   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
