The objective is to adopt and sustain effective technical practices and tools that improve solution delivery in terms of value delivered, speed of delivery, quality, and maintainability. Details include: Develop RTC templates to support methods, processes, and techniques that are standard within Fidelity, including program planning, product release planning, iteration planning & delivery, etc. Coach adopting teams in configuring and using RTC. Including: clear definition of coaching goals & requirements, managing expectations with business and technology partners, monitoring progress of adoption and escalating appropriately. Improve the existing methodologies by: identifying innovations within Fidelity or industry, evaluating them and trying them with colleagues, and creating / revising descriptions, guidelines, and training for practices and tools, evaluating and apply industry advances into ITEC offerings Skills and Knowledge: Expertise with RTC for backlog and source control management, build process management and automation. Experience coaching others to use tools. Experience coaching others on scrum or xp.
