Work with Technology teams—Development, Architecture, QA, Engineering, and App Support—to ensure clarification of all assumptions and to build and deliver the design. Functional Specification Document Author: As primary owner of the FSD document, partner with all the stakeholders such as Dev, Architecture, Engineering, App Support and QA to discuss and finalize the functional design and solutions to the Business Requirements mentioned in the signed off Business Requirement documents. Environment and Code Deployments: Manage the Lower environments (Non-Production), including the creation of development release notes for code deployments, and managing issues raised by QA and testing teams during test cycles. Manage the Master SQL used for Production rollouts, as well as overseeing all the System configuration changes required. Testing Support: Work with the QA and DEV teams during all testing cycles in the lower environments, supporting any requirements/functionality clarification, defect triage, or priority setting. Implementation: Manage and coordinate Releases in every environment, which includes the creation of game plans, managing and executing tasks for code deploy, and the creation of all necessary supporting documentation. Compliance: Manage and coordinate the compliance activities across the FX Organization as they relate to the project. This includes but is not limited to changes in security plans, release checklists, and ongoing status reports used to measure project performance and to provide feedback to senior management. Production Support: Provide secondary support to Application Support Teams during production issues. Secondary analysis includes but is not limited to error capture and documentation in supporting tools, debug log snippets, DB and GUI screen shots, Transaction ID/data, and verifying if reported issues were previously know and already logged as production item. Process Maintenance: Conceptualize, propose, and document best practices implemented in the group ensuring smooth execution of projects and workflow. This includes managing access and content on Team SharePoint site, as well as providing support and training for team on new processes and procedures. Required Skills • 7+ years experience in writing Functional System Design (FSD), Project Definition Document (PDD), Technical Specification Documentation (TSD), System Requirements Specification (SRS) • 7+ years experience in Oracle RDBMS demonstrated experience in Oracle 11g with advanced SQL experience 5+ years experience in managing environments with Linux, Java, JBoss, Oracle RDBMS, Web Services, NDM, Autosys, MQ from release management and technical analysis standpoint 5+ years experience in using code deployment tools like Subversion, Anthill, Maven with more recent experience on Git SCM, jFrog, Artifactory, Jenkins Build, IBM uDeploy Familiarity with supporting Oracle Coherence caches 2+ years experience with environment management including issue analysis, troubleshooting thru service restore and resolution • 5+ years experience with the Java Environment, XML, Web Services, SOA from release management and technical analysis standpoint • Familiarity with supporting MQ-based systems <   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
