Communicate the deployment/release schedule, release artifacts, priorities, and status to all stakeholders. · Coordinate releases with internal stakeholders. · Champion best practices and quality standards. · Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development lifecycle. Abilities WebSphere · Perform upgrades, patches, and fix security issues. · Monitor application performance, system performance, troubleshoot and diagnose issues and implement fixes. · Work closely with the development teams to design solutions, deploy and maintain application. · Install, configure and deploy new WebSphere application servers on AIX and Linux · Write and deploy shell scripts, automate tasks. · Experience with one or more webserver setup Apache, IBM Http Server and IIS · Experience working with SSL and application security in WebSphere. · Troubleshoot, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. · Participate in defining corporate implementation and integration strategies of new technologies. · Experience administering platforms like MuleSoft, RabbitMQ, Docker / Podman, Azure CI / CD.
