Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes. Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Training Environment (MST) Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles. Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams. Delivery & Facilitation Co-facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands-on exercises. Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions. Present information clearly—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences. Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support. Educator & Mentor Serve as an expert educator to state staff. Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed. Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required. Planning & Administration Manage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines.
