Manage and mentor offshore team in core duties, time management and problem solving. Coordinate deliverables with offshore team and monitor progress trends. Effectively interface with onsite and offshore developers. Record test results and generate written reports that detail the findings/bugs, etc., and help to diagnose issues discovered during QA testing Interact with project team to solve issues Report progress on problem resolution to project team and QA Manager Complete daily work tasks with minimal instruction Perform test data review, trending analysis and defect report generation to expose design and/or implementation deficiencies Work with the Project Team to ensure test development and execution is conducted within the constraints of the project plan, cost and schedule Analyze historical data to categorize and identify root causes of issues and find areas for improvement Perform process analysis and recommend improvements Verify offshore team timesheet reports   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
