Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall PI plan. Shares lessons learned, perceptions, and best practices openly. Facilitates Agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Communicates clearly with all levels of stakeholders to ensure deliverables are hit. Can articulate tradeoffs and impacts to enable strategic and tactical decision making as well as mitigate risk. Late nights and weekend work occasionally required for major releases Must Have Skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with proven delivery record Must have exp. using Agile tools (Rally, JIRA) Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid is mandatory for both positions Must have been involved in CMS (Center for Medical Services) Audits Must have excellent communication skills Must have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, team management skills Must have experience using MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Problem Solver and Team Focused Experience in managing technology projects leveraging several delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) Ability to work independently with minimal or no support.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
