Offerors can submit a proposal for one category or a combination of categories. Category One: Executive Level (Directors and Assistant Level, Chief Officers, and Presidents and Vice Presidents) Category Two: Behavioral Health Prescribers and Practitioners Category Three: All Other When a need arises, a Participating Work Order (see Attachment 4) will be utilized to outline the specific work to be performed and negotiated fixed fee using the contractual hourly rates. Both parties will sign the Participating Work Order before work commences. The offeror shall provide the STATE with recruitment services on an as needed basis for any location in the state of North Dakota, which may include: A. GENERAL SERVICES 1. Acquire a basic understanding of the requesting entity and the community (location of position); 2. Assistance in identifying desired skills and qualifications and if applicable, refinement of compensation package; 3. Assistance with preparation of a search timeline; 4. Identification and recruitment of local and nationwide candidates; 5. Candidate appraisals, reference checks, mining of public domain information on the Internet, interviews and preparation of experience summaries, cultural fit assessment, and in-depth evaluations; 6. Engage the candidate (and spouse/others) prior to any in-person meeting to learn more about the candidate and assess the level of interest; 7. Development and implementation of a process to narrow the candidate list; 8. Assist in the development of the interview questions used by the search committee with the narrowed candidate list; 9. Provide requested documents such as job application, documentation of special training, licensure in the State of North Dakota, evidence of immunizations and most recent drug screen, drivers license, social security card, I-9 or other documentation allowing employment, applicable accreditation documents; 10. Assistance with arrangements for search committee interviews (including coordinating travel and accommodations if needed); 11. Responsible for finalists background checks, including Credit Bureau Checks and assisting in conducting Criminal Background Checks in accordance with NDCC 12-60-24; 12. Required board certifications/eligibility requirements; 13. Assistance negotiating a compensation package and employment terms and other customary or requested assistance in connection with the search; 14. Assist with relocation and licensing of selected candidate; 15. Provide requesting entity with progress reports. B. VALUE-ADDED SERVICES/EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE Offeror may describe any value-added features. In particular, the STATE prefers offerors guarantee continued employment of the individual hired for a period of time. If the individual leaves prior to the employment guarantee timeframe from the date of hire, the offeror will reengage in one equivalent replacement search on an expenses-only basis (no additional fee), unless the candidates departure has been caused by significant changes in reporting structure or responsibility. The STATE will not reimburse the offeror for expenses exceeding the maximum specified amount unless the offeror obtains prior written approval from the STATE in an amendment to the Participating Work Order. 3.2 REQUIREMENTS A. LOCATION OF WORK/TRAVEL The offeror shall determine the extent of on-site work required to fulfill stated requirements.
