Serves as a liaison between the business community and the ILM&P IS organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization, systems and capabilities. Job Responsibilities: Support the Information Lifecycle Management & Protection team in completing a remediation of all our network file shares including helping identify file share owners, working with data owners to clean up their content and delete obsolete file shares, and assessing file share permissions and taking action on the setting of appropriate permissions Facilitate work tasks between the Information Lifecycle Management & Protection, the IS Storage team, an extended team of CFIS BAs, as well as file share and content owners Run and analyze usage, data and permissions reports using the current tools Liaise with business units for any remediation efforts Facilitate status meetings and/or create status reports to management as needed Complete additional tasks as assigned by team Lead BA Preferred Qualifications: Good analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills Good collaboration and communication skills Good aptitude for detailed work and able to follow complex processes Good written documentation skills Ability to build relationships with business clients as well as IS groups Ability to function in a matrix team environment Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel, SharePoint and similar applications Ability to effectively use, with minimal support, new IS technologies and processes Able to multi-task and change focus as priorities change in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, including the ability to be comfortable and function effectively in an environment of ambiguity   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
