Testing and implementing new software releases, patches, hot fixes in a lab environment to troubleshoot and prevent problems before production implementation, then deploy to production environment following corporate change management processes and procedures. Providing key technical data including but not limited to, current requirements, capacity planning, configuration and usage reporting. Maintaining and develop powershell scripts to support Messaging systems. Creating and maintain documentation including architecture drawings, operating procedures, root-cause analysis associated with problems, enhancements, work requests and project plans. Communicating effectively with different levels of staff and management including customers, technical support administrators and both technical and non-technical management. Providing technical expertise, management or leadership for projects to upgrade or replace systems included in the Messaging Environment or new and upcoming technologies. Engaging in continuous learning to stay abreast of new and emerging technologies that relate to the Messaging environment. Conducting informal audits of Messaging systems to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines. Basic/Required: 5 or more years of experience maintaining and managing global Enterprise Messaging systems Microsoft O365 for Exchange and Skype for Business Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (on prem) Microsoft Skype for Business (on prem) Microsoft Outlook client Internet Mail Gateway (SendMail Sentrion) Mail Hygene (Proofpoint) RightFax Mass Mailers (Politemail) Exchange powershell Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other IT/IS related major Hands on experience supporting on-premise Exchange 2013 implementations Excels in problem management/resolution and customer facing skills.
