Initially, this will be during the clients peak season (October through February), but there is a potential for this to become a long term engagement if the resource provides value. This will be a 6 month contract opportunity. Must have hands on experience with the following: Required: CCIE Strong emphasis on Routing & Switching Detailed theoretical and practical knowledge of IP protocols, firewalls, Load balancers, routers, switches, and IDS/IPS, etc Expert knowledge installing, configuring, and troubleshooting firewalls, Load Balancers, routers, switches, etc Firewalls Netscaler ACE Strong communication skills are needed to work directly with clients Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, and supporting network infrastructure hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, UPSs, and similar hardware. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation along with technical specifications information. Perform network infrastructure security audits Ensure network infrastructure system backups and recovery. Assist with managing projects and/or provide guidance to other members of the team as needed.
