Design and maintenance of both the hardware and software necessary for a computer network 2. Specialization in Local Area Networks (LANs)/Wide Area Networks (WANs), TCP/IP, virtual machines, and/or server/network infrastructure, load balancers 3. Responsibility for installation, configuration and administration of network routers and switches 4. Responsibility for installation of cable, wiring and related equipment for telephony and data interfaces and systems with communications functions 5. Design of network VLANs, IPS, firewall, nexus switches, Cisco core, Network Access Control (NAC), VOIP, SNMP, WLAN, Cisco ISE, Qos, IP Video, ACLs, VRF, DHCP, subnets. 6. Network monitoring tools: Solarwinds, Cisco Prime, Lancope, analysis of netflows. Required Skills: * Voice and Data LAN Layer 2 & Layer 3 experience * Configuration of core routers and switches * Network Access Control (NAC) ASA policy enforcements, mobile device management, intrusion prevention, LAN management, identify and access management * Security infrastructure and installation and configuration of SNMP protocol, SNMP standards, performance, management systems * IPS, management of firewalls, WAN, LAN * Local Travel b/t Raleigh and Morganton 3-4 days/wk is required. Must have valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
