This individual is expected to coach both business and IT teams who may be new to Agile or have experience with Agile practices. Business Consulting-SAFe-Scrum Master as Must-have skill. 1. Coach and train all levels of leadership and staff throughout the organization to drive behavior that supports the companys strategic vision; making Agile methods the way we do business — particularly for our development of software. 2. Provide ongoing coaching on the process, use of frameworks and templates, and help build models to ensure a sustainable framework for our strategic initiatives. 3. Promote the advancement and adoption of Agile recommended practices, development practices, tools and deliverables. 4. Actively deliver on Clients Agile Transformation initiatives. 5. Coach teams throughout the company in support of starting or maturing their Agile journey. 6.
