They will develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the IAM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within IAM. Required Skills: • Experience working with Single Sign On, SAML concepts and Federated systems • Experience capturing users identity with a deep understanding of the data analysis needed to design identity management system • Experience with user life cycle management concepts • Experience designing, developing and managing enterprise level applications • Experience rolling out new tools, technologies, or technical concept across the enterprise & in demonstrating their technical capabilities and value • Demonstrated experience creating technical and governance documents including build & deployment and change management • Demonstrated experience in creating & executing rollout & deployment plans & in coordinating change management • Demonstrated ability to work under the direction of managers & architects to help evolve new tools & technologies throughout an organization • Experience working with stakeholders & business SMEs to ensure their applications get deployed in a timely manner & run smoothly in production • Ability to work with other specialists & coordinate activities for applications that are deployed across multiple tools & technologies • Experience with multi-factor authentication methods (device tokens, biometrics, etc.) • Experience with managed services and the significance of SLAs, SOPs, and SODs • Experience in government or other heavily regulated industry • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Ability to create & present documentation using Powerpoint or Visio   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
