As part of the initiative, the IAM Systems Engineer will be updating our SAML based SSO infrastructure to include a more streamlined continuous integration process, updates to existing architecture and providing a robust and reliable service for the Campus. Work Performed: Upgrade, test and implement Shibboleth IdP Upgrade. Perform load and performance testing. Gather metrics and perform optimizations on the infrastructure. Design, test, implement and optimize Ansible playbooks. Migrate new Shibboleth IdP infrastructure logs to Graylog and Splunk. Develop and standardize Shibboleth Service Provider deployment process for the Campus. Train and provide documentation on Ansible developed playbooks and Shibboleth setups. Requirements and Qualifications: Familiarity with SAML, Kerberos, SSO, LDAP, Federated Identity Management Solutions. Expertise with Ansible and establish a continuous deployment process. Experience with monitoring solutions like OmniCenter, Nagios, Cacti or equivalent service. Expertise in Tomcat, Apache HTTPD. Familiarity with SDLC and products like Git and Jenkins. Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication products like Duo. Knowledge of Java and Spring Framework. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics. Experience working on critical enterprise applications. Ability to adapt to changing and dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
