The role is based in Orlando but you will be working closely with a HR team based in Shanghai. This role is routinely required to partner with line of business stakeholders, technical and functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Maintain a project portfolio and track progress against the project deliverables Produce portfolio & project status reports Clear roadblocks for the project team Maintain relationships and integration with partner organizations and stakeholders Distribute work across resources and monitor the project budget Maintain project documentation Support project team activities such as documenting business requirements, translating HR policy into system requirements, performing system testing, developing and communicating end user training/business processes, troubleshooting system issues. Work hours are flexible but will regularly require meetings during Eastern time zone evenings. Basic Qualifications Proven experience with large scale multifaceted projects Requires excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various time zones Proven ability to multi-task and follow up independently Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas Proven advanced experience with one or more of the following: SAP HR module(s), learning and talent management system(s), contract management solutions, recruitment system(s), implementing additional languages in systems including language integration with up & downstream systems Proven strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take complex topics and present them in a clear, easy to understand manner Previous experience working with diverse cultures Required Project Management - 2 years Manage/Maintain Project Deliverables 2 years Budget Development & Reporting - 2 years SAP R/3 Human Resources - 5 years Preferred Written Communications - 5.0 years System Analysis - 3.0 years   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
