Integrate a large vendor governance tool such as Archer with existing systems, e.g., Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts Pro, Fieldglass, Zycus or Accounts Payable systems in a manner that facilitates established risk management and governance policies and allows department owners visibility throughout the lifecycle of a vendor relationship. 2. Participate in the establishment of data management and configuration for the selected vendor governance tool. Assist with design and configuration with integrated external 3rd party systems. Individual is responsible for analysis and design of data feeds and solutions to support initiative including documentation, test planning and scripts, design and execution. 3. Assist with day to day activities of the various workstreams including configuration, issue resolution and testing. This includes, but is not limited to presenting system designs and demoing the To Be application to domestic and international business groups, working with QA teams to ensure application meets business requirements and working with key stakeholders to ensure UAT meets planned objectives. 4. Work with project team members to prepare and distribute project-related communication and training documents. Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related degree. Minimum Experience: -5 or more years of experience with large scale global systems. -Prior Experience working with a Vendor Governance toolset such as Archer. -System background experience should include familiarity with access rights, reporting, workflow, configuration modifications, etc. Typical Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required: -Excellent inductive reasoning aptitude within a business environment with the ability to solicit input from internal and external sources. -Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must. -Experience should include integrating with ERP systems, preferably SAP. -Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Have experience and comfort level presenting application designs, to be processes and demoing system to business units. -Must be detail oriented and possess strong skills to resolve integrate multiple systems for inputting, processing, interpreting, storing, and categorizing data. Must be good at matching customers needs with existing products. -Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Visio, and Access -Reporting and metrics experience preferred. -Work effectively in a team environment.
