Job Description : Role title: Cutover Lead Description of Work: Coordinate deployment and rollback plans with project team (Business, IT) This role will also work with SAP, Middleware and Current State teams to document work that is required to receive new data, capturing enhancements, manual cutover activities required to support new interfaces. Role is responsible for the following activities: Acts as the primary point of contact from the cutover team for functional, technical and project IT teams in collecting detailed tasks related to rollback planning. Ensures the detailed tasks are documented in the cutover plans with predecessor, successor, resource names and other required details. Review that all applications in scope for PMOD2 have documented rollback plans and ensure the correct technical dependencies and durations are included Lead large groups of teams in executing the rollback plans Responsible for coordinating rollback testing, identifying rollback checkpoints and execution Skills: Must be proficient with SAP, Middleware. Must have experience with rollback planning and mock executions. Ability to work with SAP, Integrations and Current State teams to identify what work needs to be done to ensure rollback can be executed Prior knowledge/experience working with integrations (IIB, DellBoomi, Attunity) is a huge plus. This role will also work with Current State teams to document work required to execute the rollback plan. Must have demonstrated experience in breaking down complex technical, functional process dependencies into more manageable tasks in the cutover plan. Must have prior working experience in SAP technical areas. Ability to work well under tight schedules. Knows when to escalate, engages right contacts to find viable solution(s). Stays engaged, current with day to day priorities, issues on the cutover executions, testing cycles. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Desire to take initiative & be a self-starter. Experience supporting CAH applications, Distrack/Score/SAP/EA/Etc is a huge plus. Ability to organize large number of tasks and prioritize.
