Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: o Provide functional and technical support for the Information Technology systems that support the manufacturing and quality processes of the plant. o Act as the primary project manager and analyst for internal IT projects that relate to the improvement or modifications of the IT systems. o Develop and maintain an understanding of the business processes that are supported by the internal and corporate IT systems. o Troubleshoot technical and data related issues. o Identify supply chain business process changes required to implement SAP o Take on duties that relate to the implementation of SAP, either at the corporate level or local plant level. Develop into a SAP super user in one of the functional areas. o Provide support after hours, on occasion or as needed. o Have the ability to validate and thoroughly document that technology changes and improvements are sufficient and will support an FDA regulated environment. Basic Qualifications: o High School diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution o Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience Preferred Qualifications: o Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university o Five or more years of experience with any of the following applications and technologies: o SAP Manufacturing Applications o Oracle Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports o HP3000 environment and Cognos software tools o PMCS-NT o Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#. o Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools o Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles for driving continuous improvement o Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies. o Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills are a must. o Previous leadership experience o Self-motivated individual who communicates and influences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. o Ability to balance business needs, yet juggle conflicting priorities when it comes to IT sponsored projects or initiatives. o PMP Certification is preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
