Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: REQUIRED: 10 or more years of IT project management experience 5 or more years of IT Program management experience Working knowledge of application development in a variety of technical platforms Planning and management skills, including scope, estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures Strong analytical and conceptual skills Proven leadership skills including team development and leadership Positive interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects Strong knowledge of Program & Project Management processes and industry best practices Demonstrated experience managing application development teams Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and presentation skills Proven experience mnanaging multiple 3rd party vendor projects Proven experience managing large projects (>$5M) PREFERRED: Strongly prefer PMP Certification Experience working in Project Management with the State of North Carolina Experience working with SAP Experience working with multiple government agency stakeholders   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
