Required Skills: • Leverage new and innovative technologies for competitive business advantage and improving associate productivity • Lead projects related to Business Intelligence and Analytics by planning (Requirements, Scope, Schedule, Resources, & Budget) and executing for global and local business initiatives. Prepare project related documentation (functional design, technical design, test scripts) during the different stages of a project • Leverage SAP investment to grow businesses, improve productivity & improve working capital efficiency • Ensure appropriate level of communication and testing during major projects and system upgrades • Participate in Agile Teams for major project initiatives as a BI lead resource for the teams. • Provide business unit input and requirements to annual IT strategic planning process • Plan, design and develop BI analytics for SAP and non-SAP source data using client recommended tools for development. Design comprehensive BI solutions, translating complex requirements into an optimal BI design. • Monitor BI loads, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues. • Leverage IT governance processes to ensure proper project definition, socialization and control. • Perform software / vendor evaluations and provide business value/risk assessment as needed • Manage risk through corporate compliance. • Support the on boarding and training of BW Power Users. This includes providing technical training of key toolsets such as BEx Analyzer, Query Designer, Web App Designer, Web Intelligence, BO Explorer, BO MS Analysis, BO Dashboards and Qlikview. • Provide ongoing support, including off hours, as needed for critical business technology. • Act as change management agent in leading new projects and assuring business adoption. Desired Skills: • Thorough knowledge of SAP Business Information Warehouse application development methodology, configuration, and ABAP programming language (including ABAP Objects). • Thorough understanding of structured analysis, design & programming techniques & structured methodologies. • Knowledge of SAP (ECC) modules & processes from a technical (tables and fields) & functional perspective. • Multiple experiences leading the implementation of major project initiatives. • Experience in analyzing business processes, objectives/requirements and translating them into an application solution. • Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources and formulate conclusions. • Ability to present technical information to business stakeholders at various levels in business language. • Ability to design, develop and implement SAP-based business applications. • Functional knowledge of SAP Module capabilities and integration with SAP BW. • Experience in evaluating and recommending technology vendors and solutions. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical design/ architecture specifications • BI Development and Query Tools o SAP Business Warehouse (BW) navigation, configuration, & general capabilities to include but not limited to: 1.
