This Position requires significant experience and training in integrating on premise SAP systems with SAP cloud applications such as SuccessFactors, Concur, S/4 HANA, Ariba, and FieldGlass, utilizing PI, PO, CPI, SAP Cloud Platform API Management, TIBCO, etc. This position will be a part of the Synergy team, a sub-group of the IT department responsible for SAP projects, at our campus in Midtown Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities: • Defines and articulates solutions in support of cloud migrations, SAP implementations, upgrades and integrations on public, private and hybrid cloud. • Works closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions. • Designs end-to-end SAP landscape sizing / architecture, defines requirements/RFPs and provides technical advisory for solutions. • Leads activities to discover, design, install, upgrade, migrate, integrate, and deploy SAP systems from on premise to cloud platforms. • Leads activities to manage software life-cycle management among development, test and production environments. • Leads activities to address integration requirements of SAP systems with legacy, on premise and/or cloud applications. • Will be the lead resource for all integrations with SAP SuccessFactors from our on premise SAP systems, and S/4HANA in HEC. Skills and Qualifications: • Deep and broad technical knowledge of SAP systems including SAP S/4HANA, ERP 6.0, BW, SRM, PO, BOBJ and SAP LOB Solutions (IBP, BPC, HCP, Ariba, Success Factors, FieldGlass, Concur) • Strong consultative skills with the ability to define and articulate value propositions for SAP solutions in support of cloud migrations, SAP implementations / upgrades. • Strong experience in SAP landscape sizing / architecture, RFPs and coordination with delivery teams. • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA technology including features, capabilities and application integration. • Experience working with private or public cloud technologies like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. • Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver solution stack including SAP BASIS, Security, ABAP, Java, Portal and SAP Integrations. • Experience and knowledge of SAP solutions on virtualization and cloud environments • Experience on High Availability and cluster solutions, UNIX and Linux operating systems, strong DBA experience of SAP HANA and DB2/Oracle databases. • Hands on experience with full life cycle of three or more SAP implementation projects. • Prior experience interfacing with functional/technical teams and executive management. • Ability to lead technical teams or work independently to provide architectural guidance. Required Education and Expertise: • Bachelors degree or Equivalent in Computer Science • 10+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Lead, Technical Lead, or Integration/Architect • 5+ years of SAP Integration experience and expertise in building integrations using SAP PI/PO and SAP SCP cloud services integration scenarios • Completed at least three full SAP migration projects • Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
