We have a project with our client in New York, NY that requires an SAP/Instructional Designer/Trainer Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Work collaboratively with BAM team members to create course content, materials, and assessments that meet specified learning objectives/goals; including PowerPoint Presentations, SAP Enable Now Documents, Quick Reference Guides, Job Aids and Course Assessments Ensuring the instructional strategy that has been established for the project is applied to courses Ensure the design integrity of ILT courses is maintained by applying industry-standard instructional design principles and theories in the design process Revising all course materials according to course reviews by the client Collaborating with the Lead on schedules and deadlines Participate in facilitating Train-the-Trainer Co-facilitate end-user training with BAM appointed trainers where needed Qualifications: Prefer experience in the following SAP modules: Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) Cash Management Fiori experience preferred Expert Level Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; and SharePoint Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: finance, mortgages, bonds, affordable housing, public sector Must have solid oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure SAP Enable Now (WPB) Tech Valley Talent (TVT) is an Information Technology (IT) Professional Services firm located in Upstate NYs Tech Valley, Saratoga County.
