Work with compliance to simplify and streamline the management of KYC requirements Work with LOB Technology areas and CIS to develop standard mappings to CIS data model Work with senior architecture and business analysis resources across LOBs and ES to define strategy, standards and business processes for shared KYC data Work on current to target state roadmap Develop a governance process for KYC data Support global KYC projects (e.g., risk scoring, periodic reviews, holistic view, global due diligence, etc.) Participate and/or lead cross-LOB Design Additional Skills: KYC experience at equivalent large bank/broker dealers. Knowledge of Master Data Management Ability to identify patterns, concepts, abstractions Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (object-oriented and relational) Experience in large, complex, cross lob technology initiatives Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and strategic thinker Strong object modeling / data modeling skills Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across business, technology and operations as well as across regions and lines of business BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
