The contracted services shall develop information about fraudulent transactions taken on the clients systems. The contractor shall work with client personnel to mine the repository of known fraud data for patterns and develop queries to mine the data, relate the data to other repositories, and build and deploy analytic fraud risk models to detect fraudulent activities and patterns of activity. The contractors shall construct necessary software assets to execute models, including building specialized analytics data stores, databases and data warehouses needed to run models. Using operational and other data sources as appropriate, the contractor will monitor the performance of models and generate reports that indicate performance.
