As the Client does not maintain in-house software engineering resources, the people/organizations selected will provide all aspects of software product development and maintenance. Responsibilities will include: *Deliver a long-term architectural design capable of supporting the operational requirements and roadmap of the product. *Adopt a formalized agile development methodology and product management process that ensures timely, customer-aligned delivery of functionality. *Migrate, enhance, and extend the existing prototype code base into the first “production” release of the product.
