Troubleshoots problems independently based on knowledge of applications - Developing ability to automate administration tasks. - Demonstrates ability to manage multiple applications with limited supervision. - Delivers solutions consistent with business rules, methodologies and standards. - Demonstrates general business knowledge with in-depth understanding of business lines supported.
