It is a multi-phase project and entails the design and development of a new web application. End users and SMEs will need significant assistance with the agile process of defining and documenting user stories. The projects application is being written in C#.NET using MVC and Entity Framework. Experience working on projects with these technologies, as well as the fundamentals of the Agile Scrum methodology, are required. Agile Scrum knowledge will be heavily tested during the interview process. Responsibilities will include: • Lead the effort to define and document requirements and user stories • Work with Scrum development team during the course of the project • Lead product documentation efforts including core functional documentation • Participate in the QA process by documenting testing steps and performing hand-off to QA organization • Participate in planning and estimation sessions • Participate in customer feedback and research activities • Lead and coordinate internal training sessions for new employees or new product releases Required Skills: * Experience working as an Agile Scrum business analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology * Experience translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories * Experience defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process with development * Experience working on web application projects using C#.NET Possess strong communications skills Desired Skills: * Understanding of tax accounting/finance * Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterpris * Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures * Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team * Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition * Technical knowledge of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web apps * Ability to participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
