The OpenText Media Manager (OTMM) Consultant will join the companys Enterprise Content Management Team in IT and will work with business units to integrate a cloud-based installation of OpenText Media Manager with an on-prem AWS environment. 20% Analysis & Requirements Gathering: • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, accessibility, cross-browser compliance) from business stakeholders and end users using standard templates, using natural language. • Provide subject matter expertise in the application of OpenText Media Manager technology to help businesses understand the functionality present in the solution. • Participation in product increment and sprint planning activities. 60% Solution Architecture/Project Execution: • Definition of project solution architecture in conjunction with other application and middleware teams. • Design project solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to relevant standards and principles, leverage common tools and processes, and meet cost/delivery objectives. • Perform reviews with key stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle to ensure alignment on solution designs and requirements. This may include but is not limited to the following activities: design reviews, testing execution, deployment verifications, customer satisfaction reviews, etc. • Create supporting solution design documentation to ensure sustainment of the solution and business capability, support solution implementation as necessary. • Work with OpenText to configure/build OpenText solutions according to project requirements. • Create test scripts and perform system testing. • Resolve defects identified during user acceptance testing. • Work with end users to complete user acceptance testing, deploy solution, and support go-live. 20% Project Delivery Responsibilities: • Manage workload and priorities to deliver project deliverables • Prepare high level and detailed level estimations of work effort to achieve a preferred solution. Required Qualifications • +5 years experience architecting, designing, configuring, and testing OpenText Media Manager (OTMM) solutions. • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. • Experience integrating an OpenText supported cloud-based installation of OTMM with an on-prem Amazon Web Services environment. • Familiarity with Business Analyst Body of Knowledge (BABOK) • Knowledge of and experience with Testing and Change Management Success Attributes: • Experience working as part of an agile project delivery team (experience with sprint planning, user stories, estimating, stand ups, and other sprint duties. • Strong architecture and design skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and requirements and translate them into solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical scrum team members.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
