Key Responsibilities Product Owner for External Engine team Facilitates meetings to gain consensus across stakeholders and provide senior level partners with delivery of findings and recommendations. Confirm that program requirements are met and inform key stakeholders and leadership of risk impacts or changes to the project. Define Initiatives, Features, EPICs, User Stories and Tasks to meet the project road map and board level milestones. Responsible for making sure all work efforts are tracked in Rally which is the agile management tool being used in eONE. Establishes tight bond with scrum master, and actively participate in all agile ceremonies including daily scrum call, project methodology, release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective sessions. Create presentations to explain issues, options, plans and ensuing best practices in PowerPoint and Visio. Create and deliver training for new hires, and on existing or new work efforts. Ensure adherence to enterprise data management and data governance regulations and policies. Leads Governance Integration efforts by matrix managing team members from multiple organizations and geographies using virtual meeting technology. Mentor to all scrum team members.
